Job Summary
Provide clients with pension consulting services and support Automatic Enrolment and the AE module on the Darwin platform. Scoping and manage Darwin-related projects while meeting client retention targets to ensure profitability and create efficiencies. Deliver the whole firm to the client by identifying opportunities for team assistance and cross-selling product mix. Support Associate Workplace Saving Consultants in their development. Maintain evolving plans to achieve annual retention and growth targets based on pipeline analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Solid relevant experience in client facing DC pension consulting role
- CII or equivalent level 4 qualification or working towards
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organisational, time-management skills
- Commercially focused mind-set
- Flexible to meet the needs of the team
- Requirement work three-days per week in the office
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of using an employee benefit platform or Auto-enrolment software
- Wider employee benefits and financial wellbeing experience
