Job Summary
Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex and large-exposure workers’ compensation claims. Serves as a technical consultant and subject matter expert to business partners and fellow claims professionals, maintains accurate documentation, reviews coverage and claim materials, and establishes appropriate reserves. Requires regular communication with policyholders, claimants, and agents, and occasional travel for client visits, education, or training. Role emphasizes customer service excellence, collaboration with outside resources, and continuous improvements to enhance claim outcomes within a flexible hybrid/remote work arrangement.
