Lead management of complex California workers’ compensation indemnity claims from start to finish; conduct timely 3-point contact and establish compensability; collaborate with medical case managers to support return-to-work outcomes; handle litigation strategy and maintain regulatory compliance; set and manage reserves; approve medical and rehab expenses; identify subrogation and fraud opportunities. Must have 3+ years in workers’ compensation claims, deep knowledge of California Labor Code, and SIP certification; strong communication, investigation, and decision-making skills.
