Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster responsible for investigating claims, evaluating coverage and liability, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate claim records in compliance with New Mexico laws and company policies. Duties include conducting investigations, analyzing medical records, communicating with claimants, employers, witnesses, and attorneys, evaluating damages (medical expenses, lost wages, and other benefits), negotiating settlements, and collaborating with internal teams. Requires 5+ years of workers' compensation experience, NM licensing, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, plus proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office. Remote work option within New Mexico; salary range $75,000–$85,000 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims adjusting
- Active New Mexico licensing
