Job Summary
Provide senior-level support for complex Workday application issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with vendors to ensure high availability. Implement advanced configurations and integrations to support business workflows, while participating in major upgrade projects and managing configuration validation tasks. Lead medium- to large-scale initiatives by developing test plans, coordinating go-live activities, and engaging stakeholders to validate requirements. Create detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides and workflow diagrams, and prepare reports on system performance and compliance metrics. Mentor junior analysts by sharing knowledge on troubleshooting standards and best practices, while assisting with onboarding and end-user training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in application support, configuration, or systems analysis
- Minimum of two years of experience providing technical support and stakeholder engagement for healthcare finance and revenue cycle systems
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in healthcare application support, including project leadership responsibilities
- Experience with enterprise-level application platforms and integrations
- Demonstrated project leadership responsibilities and participation in multi-stakeholder initiatives
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Industry certifications such as VMware VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
