Job Summary
Analyze, troubleshoot, and design student business processes within the Workday ERP system, serving as a functional lead for the student module implementation. Lead quarterly testing cycles, release evaluations, and the design of workflows while acting as the escalation point for user-reported issues. Collaborate with business owners in admission, records, and financial aid to ensure best practices are employed across the College's business needs. Manage initiatives to drive innovation and maintain the security and integrity of critical infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- two (2) years of experience working in Student Services with the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning system
- Official transcripts
- Must have the ability to maintain the security and integrity of the critical infrastructure of Dallas College
- Position requires regular and predictable attendance
- Work hours may extend beyond the regular, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p m workday, including weekends and holidays to provide immediate support due to system failures on a 24/7 basis
- Will be subject to a criminal background check
- Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a Scrum Master
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)
