Job Summary
Senior Workday Integration Consultant responsible for supporting rollout and adoption of the Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC) across multiple countries. Drive configuration, deployment and validation of integrations to ensure data accuracy and system performance, align global standards with local country requirements during onboarding, provide SME guidance on integration best practices, and monitor performance to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Experience with Workday HR and/or 3rd party integrations, plus strong data formats (XML, JSON, SFTP, XSLT) and international/multi-country deployments. Role emphasizes collaboration with product teams, country stakeholders and customers, and requires effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, with professional English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Workday HR and/or 3rd party integration
- Strong experience with integrations and data formats such as XML, JSON, SFTP or XSLT
- Experience with test cycles, including test planning and execution
- Proven experience in international or multi-country environments
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Professional knowledge of English
