Job Summary
Architect and configure Workday HCM modules, focusing on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking, while leading end-to-end design, deployment, and complex data transformations via Enterprise Interface Builders. Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert for high-volume data uploads and troubleshoot system issues across integrations to ensure seamless performance. Build calculated fields, matrix reports, and dashboards to provide leadership with real-time data insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Develop best-in-class documentation and conduct global training sessions to promote best practices across the People Operations team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS experience
- at least 3+ years of deep, hands-on Workday HCM configuration
- Proven track record of configuring Absence Management in a global environment
- Advanced skills in building and executing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass data loads and system integrations
- High-level domain knowledge of EMEA labor laws, statutory absence types, and payroll integration touchpoints
- Mastery of Reporting, Security, and Calculated Fields
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- The ability to explain technical 'Workday-speak' to non-technical stakeholders across different cultures and time zones
