Job Summary
Senior Workday Analyst to lead complex Workday HCM initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions that enhance HR operations. Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll and Time & Absence modules; partner with HR leadership to translate strategic goals into Workday solutions; manage full lifecycle Workday implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements; provide governance on architecture and compliance; lead requirements gathering workshops; mentor junior analysts; develop testing strategies (Unit, Integration, UAT); ensure configurations align with regulatory requirements and internal policies; collaborate with Workday technical teams on integrations and data migrations; prepare training materials for HR and administrative users; investigate high-priority issues; stay current on Workday updates and HR trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Workday functional consulting focused on HR/HCM modules
- Proven track record of leading complex Workday implementations or major projects
- Deep expertise in Workday Payroll, Time & Absence and related HR processes
- Strong understanding of HR business operations, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Proficient in testing methodologies and managing testing phases
- Workday certification(s) in relevant HR modules strongly preferred
