Job Summary
Research trends, create moodboards, and develop samples for upcoming womenswear collections while managing the end-to-end design process. Lead design meetings, present products to stakeholders, and coordinate factory trips to source fabrics, trims, and finalize tech packs. Advise junior team members on technical drawings, CADs, and print placements, and coach the wider team to deliver outstanding results. Maintain the critical path, chase daily with factories, and attend fit sessions to ensure improvements. Collaborate with the social team on branding and assist on special projects like collaborations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD, Photoshop, Adobe & Illustrator
- Confidence and ability to work at fast pace, creating sketched CADs and technical drawings for factories, setting-up print placements for factories
- Trend-focused with an eye for detail
- Capable of working autonomously and making strong creative decisions
- Flexible working approach, diligent and able to adapt to the needs of the team
- Great understanding of the Jaded London brand and customer
- Strong Team player and passionate for the brand and its success
- Great management skills /coaching junior members of the team
