Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments. Manage system fixes, updates, and enhancements while conducting testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Provide end-user assistance and handle account management, network rights, and system backups. Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and research new technologies for future system purchases. Coordinate with support personnel and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of system administration experience
- Must have a DOD Secret security clearance and have or be able to obtain an SSBI
- Information Assurance (IA) certification
- Operating System (OS) certification
- Unix/Linux or Windows certification
- Must maintain the DoD 8140.01 IAT Level 2 certification for the life of the contract
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Satisfactory background screening

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
