Senior Wind Hub Technician - TX 3 (Midland/Odessa, TX Area)

Senior Wind Technician role focused on maintaining and optimizing wind-site turbine operations, required maintenance, safety, quality control and warranty repair across Texas Hub 3 sites. You will perform complex troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on multiple turbine platforms, read and explain schematics and technical manuals, and communicate with site leadership to meet customer requirements and contract obligations. You’ll identify issues, repair or replace parts, and document work using service reporting procedures. You’ll collaborate with peers and leadership, adhere to Environmental Health and Safety processes, and stay flexible for site needs. Requires driving and tower access, with ability to work in diverse environments across wind facilities, and willingness to travel as needed. Education and experience: High School Diploma or GED, wind-troubleshooting experience (4+ years) or equivalent internal/external qualifications; valid driver’s license; ability to climb towers up to 300 feet; ability to work rotating shifts and on-call as required.
