Job Summary
Coordinate project execution for road construction and infrastructure renewal by developing work and inspection plans and schedules to ensure smooth realization. Internally align with colleagues, project leaders, environmental managers, and sustainability coordinators while externally managing stakeholders, contractors, and permit authorities. Organize timely delivery of purchased services and materials against scope and boundary conditions for time, quality, and safety. Monitor project costs during execution and reserve additional budgets for extra or reduced work in consultation with the project leader. Prepare interim reports and final submission dossiers. Full-time role (40 hours) with a monthly gross salary between €3,500 and €5,700, requiring MBO or HBO civil engineering education and at least three years of experience as a work preparer or project engineer.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo of hbo-niveau in de richting van civiele techniek
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring bij een (middel)grote aannemer in een rol als werkvoorbereider of projectengineer, projectcoördinator of (hoofd)uitvoerder
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een proactieve houding
- Het vermogen om samen met de juiste mensen voor elk vraagstuk een oplossing te vinden
- Het vermogen om technisch complexe vraagstukken te ontleden en op te lossen
