Job Summary
Coordinate work and inspection plans and schedules to ensure smooth project realization for bridge, viaduct, aqueduct, and tunnel construction in North Holland. Internally align with project leaders, environmental managers, and sustainability coordinators while externally managing stakeholders, contractors, and permitting authorities. Organize procurement of materials and services to meet scope and safety requirements, monitor costs during execution, and reserve additional budgets for variances. Prepare interim reports and final project dossiers. Full-time role (40 hours) with a monthly salary between €3,500 and €5,700, supported by 20 vacation days and a company car or mobility budget.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo of hbo-niveau in de richting van civiele techniek
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring bij een (middel)grote aannemer in een rol als werkvoorbereider of projectengineer, projectcoördinator of (hoofd)uitvoerder
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een proactieve houding
- Het vermogen om samen met de juiste mensen voor elk vraagstuk een oplossing te vinden
- Het vermogen om technisch complexe vraagstukken te ontleden en op te lossen
