Coordinate project preparation, monitoring, and steering for civil concrete construction projects, serving as the primary contact for project leaders and contractors. Manage procurement, develop schedules, and maintain up-to-date project dossiers while advising on work methods and managing deviations, change orders, and cost budgets. Draft work budgets and inspection plans, utilizing knowledge of market contract types such as RAW and UAV-GC. Work primarily from our office in Breda with partial on-site presence in southern and southwestern Netherlands, requiring self-reliance and proactive action.
