Job Summary
Weld metal parts according to blueprints using TIG/MIG, inspect materials, and set up, operate, and maintain equipment. Use hand tools to run repetitive production parts while maintaining the work area. Perform other related duties or work at different workstations as production needs require. This role requires minimum 3 years in manufacturing and 5 years in TIG/MIG welding, with the ability to read engineering drawings and meet productivity standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Located in Somerset, NJ, the position offers full-time 1st shift hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols
- Ability to read blueprints and measure parts
- Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in timely manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more

- Full-time, 1st shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in metal shop production
- Experience in welding aluminum/stainless steel
- Experience with Miller Welding Robot
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
