Senior Webflow Developer (Contract or FT)

Job Summary
Lead Webflow builds from scoping through launch, translating Figma designs into responsive, production-ready websites with high visual fidelity. Develop and execute QA processes for builds and freelancer work to ensure staging sites are fully functional and performant. Build custom components, interactions, transitions, and animations using GSAP, Rive, Lottie, or WebGL while integrating third-party APIs and custom JavaScript. Review work from freelance developers, establish best practices, and troubleshoot complex issues to maintain quality standards. Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to provide technical guidance, lead build handoffs, and create walkthroughs for autonomous website management.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of front-end development experience
- portfolio of polished, live websites
- Experience building highly interactive or animation-heavy Webflow sites
- Experience with GSAP, Rive, Lottie, custom JavaScript, WebGL, Three.js, or other advanced web animation workflows
- Experience developing reusable Webflow systems, components, and scalable CMS architectures
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics platforms, marketing tools, or custom applications into Webflow
- Experience providing technical direction or reviewing work from other developers
- Experience working with teams in Figma
- Experience with SEO optimization and web accessibility best practices
- approximately five hours of overlap with Eastern Time
- Meetings typically take place between 12–5 p.m. ET
