Job Summary
Senior Web Product Designer needed to own end-to-end design for audit and inspection workflows on large-scale enterprise platforms. Lead design discussions with clients and engineers, translate complex business rules into usable interfaces, contribute to design systems, and ensure alignment with system logic and constraints. Responsibilities include client-facing design activities, discovery, information architecture, and delivering designs from concept to handoff, while collaborating with developers, business analysts, and product owners. Strong proficiency in Figma, AI-assisted design tooling, accessibility considerations, and a track record of delivering user-centered solutions for enterprise users. Portfolio examples should demonstrate product thinking, design process, and decision-making. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing web-based digital products, preferably enterprise SaaS, CRM, ERP, operational, or B2B platforms
- Experience designing products from scratch including discovery, workflow definition, information architecture, and end-to-end product design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including component libraries, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems
- Experience with complex business workflows, operational processes, and enterprise users
- Experience using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools and integrating AI into design workflows
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to navigate constraints including business logic, workflows, and system rules
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and clients
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
- Structured, self-organized approach to work
- Knowledge of accessibility principles, research and problem solving
- Good level of spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate)
- Nice-to-Haves: experience in pre-sale/pitch activities, mobile design, audit/inspection/compliance domains, mentoring or leading designers
