Job Summary
Design and implement user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications by conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas, then present findings to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback. Ensure consistency across all digital products while staying up-to-date with industry trends. Work on-site at the Juno Beach office at least three days a week, with remote flexibility on other days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work on-site at our Juno Beach office at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days
