Job Summary
Senior software engineer with client-facing responsibilities, delivering hands-on design and development across Java-based stack, microservices, and web services (REST/SOAP) within an agile delivery environment. Candidate will collaborate with project sponsors and government clients, rapidly learn new technologies, and contribute to architecture standards, security policies, and quality through unit/integration/regression testing. This remote role emphasizes end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, strong problem solving, and the ability to present technical material in client meetings and reports.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering from an accredited College/University
- 5-7 years Java Development Stack (J2EE, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, JSON)
- 5-7 years developing software following Object-Oriented Design methodologies
- 3-5 years in Agile development environment
- 3-5 years producing web services (REST, SOAP)
- 2-3 years working with Angular and Node.js
