Senior Web Designer - NOAA Programs

Lead the development and maintenance of organizational websites, building templates, optimizing navigation, and incorporating interactive features. Track, report, and interpret website analytics via monthly reports to provide data-driven recommendations for building the digital presence. Develop and maintain internal repositories for workforce policies and communications resources, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and branded.
