Job Summary
Own Legora.com end-to-end, from concept to live site, by designing campaign landing pages, interactive brand moments, and motion prototypes that elevate the web experience. Contribute to and maintain the web design system in Framer while ensuring every page remains fast, responsive, and performant across devices. Test layouts and flows using data to sharpen decisions, manage content operations for the CMS, and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation without compromising quality. Collaborate with Brand Designers, Copywriters, Web Editors, and Product Marketing to execute campaigns, while briefing and managing external agencies to expand capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in web design, within Tech, B2B, SaaS or high-growth environments
- Experience owning complex web work end-to-end, concept to live site, including how it performs and is maintained
- Strong interaction, motion and storytelling sensibilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of taste
- Care as much about performance as polish, and use data to sharpen decisions rather than shipping once and moving on
- Experience working in Framer
- Experience tracking record shipping fast, responsive sites, and experience testing/optimising with performance teams
- Experience structuring a CMS for non-technical teams to use confidently
- Proven experience briefing and managing agencies or freelancers
- Use AI tools as a matter of course
Desired Qualifications
- Portfolio that pushes category norms in web design, not just follows them
- Coding is a plus
- Ability to code React components is a plus
