Job Summary
Implement, configure, and maintain web analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking while collaborating with developers to ensure data layer integrity. Build and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reporting using Looker Studio and Salesforce tools to visualize marketing and sales performance. Analyze website, campaign, and funnel performance to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and provide actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or reporting
- Demonstrated experience building & deploying dashboards in at least two reporting tools
- Experience integrating multiple data sources into unified reporting solutions
- GA4 AND Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio or a similar dashboarding tool
- Web conversion tracking
- Digital marketing performance reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Pardot analytics or similar marketing automation platform
- Power BI or Tableau
- Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Salesforce Pardot
- Google Ads reporting
- Google Search Console
- Paid social reporting, including Meta and LinkedIn
- Data visualization and dashboard design
- A/B testing and CRO reporting
- Strong knowledge of conversion rate reporting, funnel analysis, and attribution
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
- Experience with event tracking and pixel-based tracking implementations
- Umbraco Engage (marketing personalization and analytics)
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with data layer documentation
- Experience building executive-level marketing performance reports
