Job Summary

Senior Wealth Strategy Consultant conducts 25-30 pre-scheduled Zoom consultations per week with high-net-worth prospects generated via the client’s marketing engine. These are warm, inbound conversations with affluent retirees and pre-retirees seeking retirement tax planning guidance. Educates prospects on retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion planning concepts, builds trust through clear, consultative communication, and guides decision-making without relying on pressure-based tactics. The role emphasizes inbound opportunities, sophisticated conversations, and the earning upside of sales within a high-performance, coachable team culture. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor (1099) position with flexible scheduling and no prospecting requirement. Requires CFP® designation, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strongZoom presence; compensation ranges from $100K to $360K per year.

Required Qualifications

  • CFP® designation in good standing
  • 5+ years in a client-facing financial planning, advisory, or consultative financial services role
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Strong consultative communication skills
  • Clean U4 regulatory history
  • Confidence presenting premium planning fees
  • Strong executive presence and professionalism on Zoom
  • High emotional intelligence and active listening ability
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills
  • Coachable mindset with willingness to follow a proven process
  • CRM experience preferred
