Job Summary
Prepare portfolio recommendation letters, coordinate advisory accounts, and conduct investment performance reviews to support assigned Investment Advisors. Develop and maintain knowledge of Bank resources to facilitate client service delivery and expand relationships. Participate in pre and post-call planning, internal meetings, and sales efforts while identifying opportunities with existing clients. Provide necessary support and information to clients, Private Client Advisors, and Trust Advisors for all investment products. Identify risk-related issues requiring escalation and adhere to Company risk and regulatory standards. Maintain positive working relationships and internal control standards through timely audit implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience
- General understanding of stocks and bonds
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
- Proficient personal computer skills with solid knowledge of pertinent office software
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Proven experience working effectively within a team environment
