Job Summary
Senior Wealth Banking Specialist (SAFE) at Wells Fargo focuses on managing and servicing a moderately complex affluent/high-net-worth client portfolio across lending, credit, and deposit products; proactively identifying service improvements; analyzing client financial goals and adapting recommendations; coordinating with Advisors and internal teams to ensure appropriate product placement; and maintaining strong risk management and compliance while delivering exceptional client service. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of affluent banking, commercial banking, consumer banking, mortgage banking, or private banking experience
- BS in Business or equivalent (Desired Qualifications)
- SAFE registration required at time of employment
- Compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and LO (Loan Originator) requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and manage client relationships across banking products
