Job Summary
Senior Wealth and Trust Advisor responsible for maintaining and deepening client relationships while overseeing comprehensive wealth-management services. Globally coordinate bank resources to ensure timely, accurate delivery of fiduciary services, identify opportunities for relationship growth, and manage a portfolio of large, complex clients with strict adherence to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, families, and external advisors to develop holistic estate and legacy plans; leverage planning tools in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to address goals and evolving needs. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior advisors, represent the organization at external events, and ensure risk management and audit readiness. Requires a college degree (Bachelor’s required) and at least 10 years of experience in trust/wealth relationships; strong expertise in fiduciary administration, tax planning, estate planning, and trust structures; excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certifications such as CFP®, CFA, CTFA, or JD are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within a trust department of a bank, financial services firm, or law firm
- Strong technical expertise in fiduciary administration, tax planning, estate planning concepts, and trust structures
- CFA, CFP, CTFA, or JD preferred
- Strong leadership and client service orientation; excellent written and verbal communication skills
