Job Summary
Senior Wealth and Trust Advisor responsible for maintaining and deepening client relationships while overseeing comprehensive wealth-management delivery. Leads cross-functional collaboration with fiduciary services, investment and tax planning teams to develop and implement customized strategies addressing clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and evolving needs. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior advisors, ensures fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy compliance, and represents the organization at external events. Requires extensive fiduciary expertise, a minimum of 10 years in a trust/wealth-management role, and a bachelor’s degree (advanced certifications such as CFP, CFA, CTFA, or JD preferred). US work authorization required; sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a college degree (Bachelor’s required; advanced degree or professional certifications such as CFP®, CFA, CTFA, or JD preferred).
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within a trust department of a bank, financial services firm, or law firm; experience managing complex trust and wealth relationships.
- Strong fiduciary administration, tax planning, estate planning concepts, and trust structures knowledge.
- Strong leadership and client service orientation; ability to communicate complex information clearly; professional, empathetic, tactful demeanor.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future.
