Job Summary
Senior Wealth Advisor role in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Multi-Billion AUM independent RIA. Lead growth as Principal, Strategic Growth in Sausalito, CA, closing custodial network leads within the Schwab Advisor Network, and driving local organic flows to serve high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. Focus on holistic wealth planning and investment strategies, including estate planning, cross-border and intergenerational wealth planning, executive compensation, and philanthropic advisory. Role includes long-term opportunity for equity ownership, a competitive package with base salary and performance/bonus incentives, and a path to ownership. Key duties include building meaningful client relationships, acting as the point of contact for referral program leads, and expanding regional presence with a process-driven approach (GIPS-compliant strategies and fee structures). Required familiarity with RIA custodial referral programs to source and manage high-net-worth client opportunities.
