Job Summary
Senior Wealth Advisor focused on deepening relationships with an established base of high net worth clients and organically growing their practice through referrals. Works with an in-house team of experts across tax, estate planning, and investments to diagnose client needs and propose integrated financial solutions. Must act as a fiduciary, maintain client-centric relationships, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented advisory practice. Requires CFP or equivalent certifications, Series 65, and 15+ years of experience. Hybrid work arrangement in Houston with occasional travel; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related); Master’s degree a plus
- 15+ years of job-related experience
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required. In lieu of the CFP, acceptable: Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Investment Counselor (CIC).
- Series 65 required, unless exemptions apply
- Advanced knowledge of financial products and planning concepts; superior communication skills; experience with financial planning software; ability to travel up to 20%
