Job Summary
Conduct engineering work on water and wastewater infrastructure, including planning and design for large diameter pipelines and pump stations. Manage diverse pipeline materials such as ductile iron and steel while preparing cost estimates, hydraulic models, and technical deliverables. Assist in client relations and business development across the region, providing engineering services during construction and participating in field activities like pilot testing. Prepare reports, specifications, and permits to support project execution. This senior role at a 100-year-old, employee-owned firm requires a Professional Engineer with 5-12 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer
- 5-12 years of experience in water / wastewater infrastructure or mechanical process engineering
- Strong design management experience of Water/Wastewater projects for municipal clients
- Extensive experience with large diameter pipe and directional drilling projects
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (+)
