Senior Water Treatment Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal drinking water treatment plants and other water treatment projects. Act as a technical expert in process and facility design, providing oversight and mentoring to project managers and engineers, while ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Prepare project documents and designs, conduct analyses, perform QA/QC on deliverables, and oversee project teams. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and assist with business development efforts, including proposal preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Extensive and progressive experience in water treatment facility design
- Proven success in managing large and/or complex water treatment facility design projects
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing water treatment facilities in Texas
- Experience in the Fort Worth / Dallas region
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools for design, project management, and analysis
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
