Job Summary
Undertake hydrological, hydraulic, and water resources modelling for infrastructure projects using MIKE+ and related software. Lead flood risk assessments, drainage design, and stormwater management studies while preparing technical calculations and design documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities to support integrated project delivery, client submissions, and approval processes. Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards. Stay current with relevant codes and best practices to contribute to team knowledge sharing and proposal development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore)
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in 1D and 2D hydraulic modelling using the MIKE+ software
- Experience in hydrological, hydraulic, and water resources modelling for infrastructure and development projects
- Experience leading flood risk assessments
- Experience in drainage design
- Experience in stormwater management
- Experience in water quality studies
- Familiarity with the PUB Code of Practice on Surface Water drainage
- Experience in Active-Beautiful-Clean (ABC) Waters design
