Job Summary
Lead environmental projects in the public sector, manufacturing, energy, and real estate markets by performing technical oversight for stream restoration, hydraulic modeling, and stormwater solutions. Plan and execute field investigations including assessment, sampling, and data collection while independently verifying calculations and reviewing laboratory data. Coordinate professional reports and develop scope and fee proposals for small to medium projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable business goals. Guide junior staff, foster their development, and interact with clients, contractors, regulators, and local government officials to complete projects. Manage small to medium projects independently with strong organizational skills, offering mentorship and industry participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biological or Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) registration
- minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil and water resources engineering projects
- excellent project management and team leadership skills
- excellent business and technical writing skills
- valid employment eligibility (I-9)
- compliance with our Fleet Management, Substance Policy, and Reference Check requirements
