Job Summary
Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, drainage design, and integrated water management solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies to deliver outcomes across Queensland and beyond, contribute to proposals, mentor junior staff, and support flexible/hybrid work arrangements from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Qualifications include tertiary engineering in a relevant discipline, with RPEV/CPEng preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience; proficiency with modelling tools such as TUFLOW, DRAINS, HEC-RAS (1D/2D), RORB, XPRAFTS, URBS; strong client focus and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering discipline
- RPEV / CPEng (or working towards) highly regarded
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with water resource modelling and design tools such as TUFLOW, DRAINS, HEC-RAS (1D and 2D), RORB, XPRAFTS, URBS
- Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within teams
