Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer who will serve as a Technical Lead on large, complex programs and coordinate the work of other engineering disciplines. Responsibilities include executing engineering design tasks, preparing technical reports, providing construction project support, training and mentoring team members, and engaging with stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise in designing large diameter water infrastructures and have strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively. Professional certifications and extensive experience in the water/wastewater field are desired.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Civil/Environmental Engineering
- 15+ years of experience
- Technical expertise in water and wastewater linear infrastructure design
- Experience in designing large diameter water transmission mains, sewage force mains and gravity systems
- Experience in pumping stations and water storage design
- Strong personnel development skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to convey complex technical knowledge to clients and the public
- Trenchless pipe installation and rehabilitation technologies experience
Desired Qualifications
- NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP certification
- Professional certification or licensure in the Northeast, MidAtlantic and/or MidWest Regions
- Client facing with strong existing client relationships within the water/wastewater infrastructure and/or resiliency field
