Senior Wastewater Operator - Kawartha Lakes Region, Ontario

Operate and maintain wastewater treatment facilities and collection systems while monitoring plant performance to ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct process adjustments, troubleshooting, and operational optimization, including SCADA monitoring and responding to alarms and emergency situations. Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and review operational data and laboratory results. Complete operational records and compliance reports, assist with audits, and provide mentorship and technical support to junior operators. Requires a valid Ontario Wastewater Treatment Operator Licence, five years of progressive experience, and ability to work independently on an on-call rotation.
