Job Summary
Provide SME expertise on Mission Planning systems, Airborne Electronic Attack, and USN/USAF platform capabilities for PMX-281 and the Combined Mission Planning Continuum team. Develop roadmaps, tailored briefings, and decision products to inform stakeholders regarding portfolio status and long-term acquisition requirements. Monitor advanced system development, test, evaluation, and fleet experiments while coordinating vetting of industry Science and Technology initiatives requiring Fleet support. Gather fleet requirements and plan development schedules to support program management of cost, schedule, and performance. Establish working relationships with fleet users and navigate US Navy and Air Force organizations to introduce new capabilities into the fleet.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of military active duty
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline
- Senior EA-18G Pilot or Naval Flight Officer
- Program management and analysis experience
- Active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
- Weapon and Tactics Instructor (WTI)
- Demonstrated communications skills
- Independent project coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Experience to establish working relationships with fleet users of mission planning systems
- Experience navigating US Navy and Air Force organizations
- Defense acquisition and Operational Test experience at the operational and tactical levels
Desired Qualifications
- Operational Test or Exercise Planning experience
- Experience with NAVAIR Acquisition programs
