Job Summary
Senior Warehouse Teammate at Hajoca Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA). Act as a lead on the warehouse team, assign tasks and provide guidance, participate in training of newer teammates, handle escalated issues, count/verify incoming shipments and returns, stock and maintain the warehouse, pick/document/pack orders, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with attention to detail, address shipping discrepancies, identify nonstock/damaged material, complete documentation for shipments via third-party carrier, load/unload trucks and operate forklift safely, inform supervisor of stock issues, maintain security and cleanliness, and participate in safety/compliance training. Requirements include 2+ years of warehouse receiving/material handling experience, plus strong customer service, attention to detail, safety-consciousness, ability to operate forklift and related systems, and English proficiency.
