Senior Warehouse Systems (WMS) Manager

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end rollout and optimization of the Blue Yonder WMS platform across the enterprise distribution network. Own the strategic transformation of warehouse operations by translating operational requirements into system configurations that drive efficiency and accuracy. Manage a team of functional analysts and technical specialists, establishing clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans aligned with business goals. Validate business requirements, drive strategic system configuration decisions, and develop project budgets to ensure ROI delivery on WMS investments. Oversee SLAs for user support, system maintenance, and performance KPIs while ensuring seamless integration between WMS, ERP, and TMS systems. Conduct comprehensive gap analyses, lead process improvements including test automation, and maintain strategic communication with DC operations, IT leadership, and executive stakeholders. Work a hybrid schedule out of the Memphis, TN office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, IS/IT or related
- 7+ years of hands-on, deep experience with Blue Yonder WMS, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting across multiple modules
- 5+ years of proven senior management experience leading warehouse/supply chain teams in a complex, multi-site environment
- Expert-level understanding of warehouse operations, material handling best practices, and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale system implementation or major rollout projects from strategy through post-launch optimization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across organizational levels
- Proven track record building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams; experience with performance management and succession planning
- Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex, ambiguous environments
- Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US
- Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule out of the Memphis, TN office location

- Blue Yonder certification or equivalent formal advanced training demonstrating expert-level platform knowledge
