Senior Warehouse Supervisor - Managed Pressure Drilling

Job Summary

Manage and direct warehouse employees focused on asset and inventory control, analyzing record discrepancies and recommending improvements to performance and quality. Collaborate with leadership to define inventory strategies, implement asset management processes, and enforce compliance with company policies and work instructions. Coach sites on budgeting, plan execution, and inventory target setting while monitoring accuracy KPIs and driving root cause analysis for variances. Report on regional metrics to ensure optimization of asset utilization and replenishment. This role supports the company's capital and asset request processes, requiring proficiency in ERP systems and the ability to lead improvement initiatives across matrix structures. Domestic and international travel of up to 10% may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in warehouse management
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support regional implementation of asset and inventory strategies
  • Knowledge of standard Asset and Inventory processes and procedures
  • Ability to develop, outline, communicate and implement effective objectives and action plans
  • Ability to understand and monitor performance metrics and manage reporting at the country/regional level
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and process mapping
  • Experience with effectively building, leading, and developing a successful team
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a matrix organizational structure
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Logical and methodical, results-driven, determined and able to use sound judgment to achieve business results
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with tight timelines
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of standard office software such as MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficiency in the use of inventory and asset ERP software
  • Requires a solid understanding of inventory control processes and their impact on financial results
  • Travel of up to 10%

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred 10-15 years' experience
  • JDE would be considered an asset
