Job Summary
Senior Warehouse Manager responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing operational activities of warehousing and logistics for multiple warehouses within an assigned region. Develops and implements policies and procedures governing receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse items; maintains appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution; ensures compliance with materials handling, storage, and distribution regulations; collaborates with HR on associate issues; maintains safety standards; coordinates warehousing activities and serves as a source of expertise with respect to expenses, cost per case, and budget needs; supports continuous process improvement and drives cost savings through projects; requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience; role is on-site in Aurora, CO (US).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a credited college preferred.
- 6+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Reporting methods, tools, Word, Excel, Email, Business Intelligence (BI)
- Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
