Senior Warehouse Manager

Senior Warehouse Manager responsible for leading distribution-center operations, directing extensive warehouse leadership, and driving process optimization. Must mentor and develop large teams, manage operations in a large distribution center, and maintain a strong interface with customers. Key duties include strategic operational planning, implementing LEAN initiatives, solving operational issues, ensuring safety programs, maintaining performance by monitoring metrics, and managing relation with customers. The role requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to supervise payroll/HR aspects as part of operations. The position may involve interaction with customers, oversight of P&L considerations (preferred), and providing direction to warehouse and transportation solutions to deliver quality service.
