Job Summary
Support resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity. Allocate shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement. Control inventory and order-processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness. Verify that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements. Plan workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs. Schedule shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies. Summarize operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring. Work night shifts from 4:00 PM to finish, Monday through Thursday, with pay starting at $23.51 plus shift differentials and incentives. Requires 3+ years in warehouse support and pharmacy operations knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field
- Knowledge in pharmacy operations
- Knowledge in pharmacy systems
- Knowledge in pharmacy adjudication
- Knowledge in benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and health insurance calculations
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to collaborate across business units
- Ability to manage relationships effectively
- Ability to organize work, maintain accuracy, and attend to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze information and apply mathematical reasoning
