Job Summary
Senior Warehouse Coordinator guides shipping/receiving and inventory tasks for the 2nd shift (3:00–11:00 pm, M-F with occasional Saturdays) at the Harvey, IL facility. Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, completing bill of ladings and packing/seal/barcode assignments, performing physical and cycle counts, assisting transportation with trailer drop-off/pick-up, improving warehouse operations, and training other operators. Requires minimum 3 years in a distribution center, experience with WMS, and strong communication and teamwork skills; Lean/Six Sigma exposure and JDE experience are preferred. Salary range is $47,200–$64,900 with full-time benefits; on-site work with potential Kaizen and process-improvement involvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years’ minimum experience in environmental manufacturing operations
- Previous WMS experience required
- JDE preferred
- Lean Principles or Six Sigma preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
