Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets. Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity. Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification. Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing. Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and resolve unresolved issues. Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity. Full-time role requiring a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in warehouse support or distribution operations.
