Job Summary
Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate product and fleet asset movement. Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity. Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification. Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing. Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and resolve unresolved issues. Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am until finish with pay starting at $24.66/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field
- Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes
- Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement
- Knowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance
- Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing
- Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements
- Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures
- Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution
- Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows
- Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance
- Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification
