Job Summary
Drive business growth in Greater China and Asia by working with senior management to create and implement strategic plans, manage resources, and achieve financial results against KPIs. Lead team building and talent development while maintaining high risk management standards and communicating effectively with regulators, shareholders, executives, sales channels, and customers. Acquire and serve new and existing clients, deliver top-quality products, ensure high compliance standards, and produce financial reports for business analysis. Select systems to support efficient transaction processing and execute with top-tier financial industry experience, discipline, and integrity.
