Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and stabilize a productive Voicebot solution on the Spitch CAIP platform; configure and extend dialogs (Dialog Composer) and implement complex bot logic across key use cases (identification, verification, self-services); analyze conversation transcripts to derive concrete optimization measures to improve user experience; integrate the voicebot with existing systems (APIs) and ensure stable interaction with Cisco telephony; collaborate closely with DevOps, architecture and business units including deployment, monitoring and documentation; ensure stable and scalable operation in a production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Conversational AI, Voicebots oder NLP/NLU
- Praxis in der Arbeit mit Voicebot-Plattformen (z. B. Spitch, Cognigy, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex oder vergleichbar)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Dialogdesign sowie in der Modellierung komplexer Botlogik
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Speech-Technologien (STT/TTS) und deren Optimierung
- Erfahrung in der Integration von APIs sowie im Monitoring, Logging und in der Fehleranalyse produktiver Systeme
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie Qualitätsbewusstsein im Betrieb kritischer Systeme
- Klare Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
