Job Summary
Senior VM Professional responsible for in-store Visual Merchandising (VM), ensuring campaign activities are executed on time, maintaining VM consistency and excellence aligned with Chanel's standards. Key duties include creating and distributing VM guidelines with Marketing and Retail, proposing VM plans for store openings, conducting floor plan reviews, and implementing gifting-emphasized animation during the KEM season. Maintain VM standards with global strategies, oversee training of store staff, and ensure local vendors follow VM and technical guidelines. Manage forecasting and inventory within VM updates, control budget for VM materials, and collaborate with Chanel Asia Pacific FBP VM team, Retail, Store planning, Marketing, and forecasting teams. Requires 7–10 years in design/cosmetic industry; proficiency with MS Office and graphic/architecture software; bilingual in Korean and English; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Over university degree related to design major Architecture, Interior and Graphic design major preferred
- Minimum 7~10 years of experience in design & cosmetic industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS Software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Advanced knowledge of Graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of Architecture tools (Sketchup, AutoCAD)
- Fluent in Korean & English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
